The manufacturer agrees to repair or replace (at their discretion) any defect or fault in their water tanks caused by the manufacturing for a period of 10 years, provided that the tanks plumbing has been installed by a licensed plumber.
Proof of purchase and installation will be required.

The warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any heir or successors, in the title thereof. Please not the warranty will be null and void if the tank is relocated. |

The warranty period of 10 years for the water tank commences from the date of purchase |

The warranty is limited to the replacement of the tank only |

The manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential losses including, but not limited to, loss of profits or damage to property |

The warranty does not apply to the tank colour, which may fade or change. The warranty will only apply to the strainer and outlet if these are supplied by the same manufacturer as the tank |
